I am writing to tell a true story. I took my Accord to Freeway Honda at 32 thousand miles for a service. The 30 thousand is a big service so I prepared. I signed up for my 285.00 service and went home. I got a call 2 hours later saying I needed this and that but I was skeptical because I only have 32 thousand miles and it seems crazy to spend over $900.00, that's right the service guy tried to sell me $900.00 worth of service(no tires, no repairs) just flushes and stuff. I asked the manager for a reason and she kind of said "I will look into it" I asked to explanations for the work recommended and I got treated like a jerk for asking and got no answer just a simple "just go see the cashier".
Avoid at all costs. I went in to spend $300.00 and they are greedy and wanted $900.00. I will never be back and I will tell everyone to avoid.
I am in full agreement that a business has to make a profit to stay open. Ripping off people is unacceptable.
