The Company I was in dispute with has made an offer to refund the Full Amount. That was all I had originally requested, and once I see the refund, I will feel complete once more.
I do appreciate the Company's (FreeCreditReport.com) immediate attention to this matter and when I am in a position to pay for this service I will return to become a member for the Full Credit Security this Company provides. This just hit me at a really bad financial time and I really did not catch the extra charges that were apparently displayed in plain view.
Thank you for a very fast response and hope to have a much better experience in the future from this business.
I have learned from this experience, that not all Credit Report Company's are associated with all 3 reporting agency's, and to access them you must be willing to pay one to see the other 2. (ie experian,Equifax,transunion)
