Ok so I booked my move about 3 months in advance. And when it came my moving day no one was showing up. So I called to get an estimate of what time they would be arriving. Apparently the truck had broke down and no one had told me. So through about 24 hours of people giving me the run around and ignoring me it was almost time for me to move out of my apartment. I had a very short deadline and they could not gaurantee me a truck anymore. So I had to call a ton of other moving companies to see if anyone had the availability to get to me the next day, since i had to leave the morning after that. I found another company, thank God. But now I am in a fight to get my deposit back and no one is answering my calls and giving me a straight answer. I am very upset and frustrated and this has made my moving week very stressful. In my opinion no one and I mean no one should even give them the time of day. They will screw you over. The have for me.
