Bait and Switch!
Beware!!! I purchased the deluxe "Blooming Garden Basket" for a grieving aunt. Words cannot begin to express the feelings that rushed over me when I received a picture from my aunt of the flawed flower arrangement she had received. There was not one bloom in sight! The Blooming Garden Basket was replaced by the most inexpensive green foliage and grasses that one can purchase. I was confused horrified and embarrassed! I immediately called the "customer service" line hoping to get assistance in rectifying the situation. However, I soon realized that it would be impossible to reach anyone over the phone instead all correspondence would be conducted through email. Eventually, I was instructed to send pictures of the delivery so that a prompt "investigation" could be conducted, which I eagerly did. The next day I received an email stating that since the florist used the "freshest available plants" the company would only be able to refund 20% of the purchase. Unbelievable! Unfortunately, after this event, I came across many other reviews of deceived customers that had similar stories. Without a doubt, will be reporting to Better Business Bureau as many other swindled customers have already done.
