DO NOT RESERVE THROUGH FLORIDA VAN RENTALS!! I attempted to reserve a van for my family vacation to Florida. I then found a lower price (~$500 lower than their inflated price) at Thrifty that , according to their website, they would match and discount an additional 10% of the difference. They would not respond to me via e-mail or phone with questions and refused to issue a contract with the lower price and would not confirm pick up and drop off locations for the rental. I finally cancelled and they still charged my credit card. Renters beware of small companies looking to make a dollar any way they can.
