I ordered the initial dvd and that was it, or so I thought. About a month or two later I get a heavy box at my door that has 2 more dvds in it along with some exercise balls. And another box of weighloss pills. I am very good at reading the small print when ordering online and I did NOT see anything regarding signing up for some subscription! I called the customer service # and was told I could receive a refund for the items once I returned them, but less S & H. I complained about having to pay for SH twice when I never wanted these items in the first place! He said he would transfer me to a supervisor, but transferred me to another customer service rep who was even more rude that the first one. She told me to hang up and call the original # again! So I did and had to go through the same rigamarole again - finally got through to a supervisor, who argued with me for a while, but finally after I told her I was reading other complaints on here and was going to write one myself - then she finally said I could keep the products and she would give me a full refund in 7-10 days, we'll see if that happens. So - I would advise against buying these products from the company - just go on ebay or something so there are no hidden fees!!
