What a nightmare. I ordered from 3 different on-line merchants (who all sell dog clothes) on the same day. From the other two, I received my order, shipped them back for an exchange and got the replacements before I even heard from FiveStarFido for the first time. They only contacted me at that time to let me know they do not have the items they advertise having. I wish I could delete them from the Internet! They have been horrible to deal with and I have had to go through the BBB and my credit card company to try to get my money back. The name FIVE STAR must have come from their dream to have any stars. I rate them negative five stars. They have no phone to contact them, they are rude and unfair and dishonest to deal with. I order MANY things on line and this is the worst merchant experience to date. I can't understand how they stay in business. I had to choose one star on the rating with this email because this site does not allow a ZEROSTAR rating. Buy from anyone else...you'll be better off.
