We bought a treadmill from Fitness Blowout almost two years ago. It has been non-working more than it has been operable. There is NO customer service. It is impossible to reach a live person, and no voicemails are ever returned. If you check them out on BBB, their responses are almost identical, promising to rectify their poor products and nonexistent customer service. Do not be lured by this company. You are guaranteed to have a terrible experience.
