I ordered a part online from Fisher & Paykel for my washing machine and selected ground shipping. The company instead sent the part overnight and charged me $50.00 for the shipping alone, which was supposed to have been $10. The part itself was only $30. My husband and I have contacted the company over and over about the excess shipping charge. We have the invoice documenting the selection of ground shipping, which we forwarded to Fisher and Paykel. We were assured each time we spoke with a customer service representative that it was their error and our money would be refunded. One customer service manager promised that he would follow the refund process personally and make sure we got our money back. It has been 5 weeks and we still do not have a refund. Not only has Fisher and Paykel's customer service department has proven to be inept and dishonest, their washing machine is the worst washing machine I have ever had. I would never again buy from this company.
