There is a vendor/technician coming around offices, by the name of First Fire Systems Inspections Company. He claims to be doing a contracted annual inspection on the fire alarms and extinguishers. He is basicly on the property for about 10 min. and then tells you to sign some papers to verify that he stopped in but in actuality he does not give you the forms to read and says the company will mail them to you. Then a few weeks later the company sends you a bogus invoice with a balance due for the inspection and supposedly work done by the technician. Be aware it's a scam and warn all front office and maintence personnel.
