This was a registered DBA held by Sparkles Lanka USA, of the same address, that was used for marketing a televised shopping show starting in 2007 that they operated and I hosted. Unfortunately, when the economy turned south, they fell behind on customer refunds, which it looks like led to the complaints posted here. I apologize for the inconvenience and any communication troubles you might have experienced with them during this time, but I had no control or access to the financial workings of their company. After realizing how their decreasing cash flow was now effecting the folks at home, I worked for several months without pay to make sure every customer had been taken care of before ending the business affiliation. There shouldn't be a single person out there that wasn't reimbursed, but if there is please contact me, I've maintained a good relationship with the company and know they would want to handle it. I've taken a lot of pride in being able to represent some of TV's best jewelry and products over the last 14 years, and worked very hard earning the trust of the customers at home. I'm sorry anyone was left to question that, and only hope that no one is made fearful of home shopping shows by the actions this company took while quickly trying to adapt to the abrupt slow-down the whole world faced at that time.
