This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The installers were never on time and a job that was told to take a few days took 7 months. The job was 2 bedrooms a hallway and 16 steps. The store front people were very nice, but as soon as there were problems they became unavailable at almost every turn. The owner, Jim Reed, never returned a single call and we called the office in San Juan Capistrano at least 10 times and was constantly told he would call us back. The job lead would tell us what would happen and the installers did not show up on time and did not speak English. They did not measure properly and had to replace 2 door frames after they were caught trying to cover up what they broke. What ever you do, do not pay them until all the corrections are done. Keep good records, this is what saved us from getting shafted on what they needed to correct. Make sure the installer show you they are licensed and that they work for Fabshow and not 3rd party, because we were told they are fabshow employees, but found out they are sourced out.
