I moved from Italy to Orlando, Florida. It was very difficult to understand the employees of that company, as they did not speak clearly. In order to retrieve my goods at the end of the process, they claimed that U.S. Customs had inspected my shipment and therefore they made me pay an additional 350 dollars for the "inspection". However, after repeated requests, they were not able to give me any proof of an inspection. So how can one trust that an inspection truly was done, and that the extra 350 at the last minute was a warranted request for payment. I don't appreciate the idea of "hidden and conjured" fees. This was very deceitful on their part. Finally, there were some missing boxes in the end, and the actual moving guys told me they were in a rush, and had to move on to their next assignment, so under duress ,I was forced to sign the paperwork that all goods had been delivered, when indeed they had not.
