FID shipped my household items from the US to Australia. I was told this should take approximately 8 weeks--delivery took over 6 months. I received someone else's box by mistake (and they received mine). I have been trying for 6 months to get FID to pick up the box and deliver mine. I am receiving no help at all. Their customer service is atrocious.
The wait and aggravation experienced in doing business with this company was definitely NOT worth the savings in cost. Avoid them at all cost!
