My story is very similar to others. I was contacted by this company and told that I could receive a sample of their product for only $.99 (to cover postage and handling). I didn't receive the shipment for 11 days. On the 12th day, I received my bank statement stating that they had already taken $149.99 out of my bank account!! I called them and was told that I had to email a request to have the shipments stopped and to request a refund of the $149.99. After doing so, I called to confirm that they received my request. They told me that they did receive it, but they would not refund my money. After that, I told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor with more authority. I was put on hold for about 25 minutes. Then was told they would NOT do anything. Again, I requested to speak to someone with more authority. They told me to call back and maybe someone else would take my call. I did and was then told that seeing as how they were based in Russia, they didn't really care if I filed a complaint with the BBB. After that, they did send me an email stating they would refund my money, but it would take 30 BUSINESS days to complete. This all started on the 27 of Feb., and I am still waiting!!!
I don't know why I even have to give it any stars, so I must give it one. But I really do not give it any stars!!
