Purchased a power supply which did not work when received. Received a RMA which I was informed had to be used within 3 days. Return item within 2 days. One month later sent email inquiring about status. Was informed that replacement would be expedited. Received replacement within a week. Also did not work. Requested satisfaction. Company stated that their testing indicated that the item worked and that they would exchange but I would pay shipping.
