I purchased a replacement keyboard for a Toshiba laptop from these crooks. The item I purchased was supposed to be new, but the item I got was clearly used and damaged. Needless to say the keyboard did not work. I notified the company right away and was given an RMA. I promptly shipped the item back only to receive it back a few days later stamped "Refused Return to sender". The company refused to accept my package. I questioned them asking why the wouldn't take it back... they said that I didn't include the RMA auth. I did include the RMA auth, both on the box and in the box. Then they changed the story and told me that the package they received was damaged and they told me to get my money back from the post office. What a joke, they sold me a New keyboard but sent me a used keyboard then refused to take it back or refund me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!!!
