This company sent me a damaged motherboard, I contacted them within minutes of receiving the part, I emailed pictures of the damage. I shipped the part back when once they provided me with a RMA .. Then they said the pictures I sent them did not show any damage in the response when I filed a dispute with paypal. They have almost non existent customer service. I would advise that you stay away from these people at all cost! THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED! I have the picture and a a copy of a letter they mailed me .. this also included copy of their internal RMA for and at the top it says to issue a refund (on their internal RMA) but they sent a letter saying will not issue refund a refund because the part was damaged when they received it! THATS WHY I RETURNED IT...IT WAS RETURNED .. IT WAS DAMAGED
