I won't even go into all that Dynamic told me when I expected payment of a previous signing along with up front payment on a new signing assignment. They were going to deposit directly into my account and call me back--but of course, no payment and no return call! What this company and Victoria are doing is, in my opinion, FRAUD. As simple as that! I contacted the Secretary of State in California to look into this company as I felt they should not be allowed to do business, and the only response I got was that they could not handle a collection grievance and that I would have to hire a lawyer. Of course, that will cost much more than what Dynamic owes me. So how is it that companies like this can continue to operate fraudulently and the state will do nothing?
