Unsafe place to live. Horrible customer service

Playa del Oro in Marina Del Rey is the poorest managed apt complex I have lived in. I am an executive placed here by my company, but not for long. I have asked for investigations into the unsafe practices here. No evacuation plans handed to residents. No after hours number that you call after hours or the weekends. Security cannot be reached, maintenance cannot be reached and the basement parking is like a virtual jail. Loud drunken parties every weekend at the pool, and the place often smells like gas. Reported to fire Marshall.
