I ordered a couple of samples in good faith with Deko Tile company online. There are very, very clear dimensions listed on their pages, it listed 3/4"x12" for the samples I ordered. There was clear wording that for a sample just order one piece instead of the 5 piece set and that would be the sample. However when I got the order and paid full price for each piece, they were these TINY 3 inch or 4 inch pieces. I had about 1/2 the price for 2 as I would have for an entire boxed set, so obviously I would have went ahead and taken a chance on a full box if I had known. I spoke to a very un-helpful employee, so I asked for a manager. Her voice sounded the same as the "manager's" but she was EXTREMELY rude-she wanted me to wait until she was all finished speaking but when she was after repeating the same things over and over, she would NOT let me get a word in edge-wise and when I loudly asked "please let me speak" she said "NO"!! Such a horrible company, I will never deal with them and would like everyone and anyone to know what a terrible company they are to deal with.
