I did my loan modification with this company 2 months ago and it went smoothly. I was 8 months behind and my mortgage was $4100 intereswt only loan. The people of this company took my case and showed me every step of the way how they can help me. 69 days later my loan was modified . They set my payment $2000 per month fixed for 30 years at a 4.85% rate. I did not have to pay the back dues i owed to the bank. Very good company, the attorneys are highly accredated . I give them 5 stars and also have and will refer all my friends and family to cornerstone credit advisors.I am sold.
