I have just enrolled, without checking BBB first, and my advise would to see if you like doing paperwork, looking online for hours to see what you can and cannot get discounts on, paying anyways for emergency visits and feelings of confusion and regret. Yes, you can cancel anytime, but the first fees are not refundable. So if you do not fight for your discounts, you lose your money anyways. Next time, like I was doing before, I will just pay the Dr bill. Still expensive, but alot easier, and no one telling you, you can't do something that you have already paid for...
