Jim Leonard and Conejo Valley Appliance are great. My washer and dryer are about 18 years old and both had been making noise for a few months. I priced new ones but thought I'd see if the old ones -- which still worked but thumped and rocked and rolled -- could be repaired.
My appointment was between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Jim was waiting outside in his truck 20 minutes before the appointed time. I let him in and, in 25 minutes, he'd repaired both, plus switched the door on the dryer to make for easier loading.
The cost was less than $150. I'd have paid about $1,000 to buy new ones (I'd started researching with Consumer Reports and pricing them).
Jim is polite, clean, fast and reasonable. I couldn't be happier with his service. His company also does heating and A/C.
