The contractor did things his way, stated he reserved the right to make changes at his discretion, regardless of what was stipulated in the contract and without making written admendments signed by both parties.
He violated guidelines and laws set forth by the State Contractors Board.
Refused to make us whole in the process. Quality of work was extremely poor.
