Claro Pools , unkept promises

If you like a revolving door of under trained pool service "technicians " , you will love Claro Pools.
I signed with them in August 2016 and since have had 4 or 5 different people cleaning the pool , none of them appearing to have had much experience or training .Each one of these workers received the code to access my secured pool area .
The property manager who introduced me to Steven Little , owner of Claro , has told me that he pulled all his pools from them as well .for the same reason , having gotten tired of his clients complaining .
I notice that none of the other reviews on this site are after 2012 , and they are all positive , so things seem to have changed
I could go on and mention the owner's belligerent attitude and refusal to refund a month's charge ,for the month after I terminated them , posted to my credit card the week after after I terminated his company for cause , and for not being compliant with the contract .
