We got scammed with $2,800. I would call weekly for updates and all of a sudden one day the phone was disconnected . I've been with my loan modification for over a year now and Bank of America still has not approved a modification. I feel cheated and hurt not that it matters to the responsible party they got their money. We are a hard working family as all of you are being cheated just makes this economy suck a little more. If there is a lawsuit I'm definitely in. As for now I'll start filing complaints starting with the Office of Attorney General.
