These people are extremely rude. I really don't know why the CHP and other law enforcement agencies use them. Jacking the person who answering the phone had not courtesy skills another person stating he was a supervisor was a little bit more courtesy but still rude. Our truck was stolen from our driveway it was held for evidence. The morning the truck was cleared they refused to give information on how to pick up vehicle. Then found out the vehicle was at another location with the public requires a specially skill and they do not have common courtesy.The law enforcement agencies should not use these people. Having your vehicle stolen is traumatic enough then you have to deal with rudeness is just not right I agree with the BBC rating of F! My sat rating is O
