This company is not a scam persay but the cruise looks cheap, and run down.
I got a phone call saying that I am going to the Bahamas but had to decide on the spot,and I did but then talked to my dad and realized that the cruise wasnt a good value for your money. I have cruised with Norwegian Cruise Line before which was really nice. You cant compare a luxury cruise line like Norwegian to this outfit.. I heard they charge for breakfast. They also neglected to tell me about the time share presentation on the phone. I was lucky that I was able to cancel it. A "supervisor" got on the phone, and said that she was refunding me the money as a "courtesy" even though in states like N.J. you arent supposed to get the refund. It was nice that she gave me the refund but she was extremely rude on the phone and hung up the phone on me after I cancelled my trip. She got really mad at me when I told her that the cruise line isnt bbb accredited, and told me that they were. My log in information wasnt working so I knew something was up but she was like.. you know you are telling me things that arent true like that we aren't BBB accredited when in fact they are not BBB Accredited as I found out when I got on this website.
