I received a piece of mail from this company. I was puzzled by the $175 inquiry to "REMIT PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY." As I read, I realized that the letter was solely quoting, verbatim, corporate law. No explanations of what or where. Since I am incorporated, and I am in the process of submitting the statement of information, I was aware that the "Secretary of State" is the only entity that would be requiring me to submit such documents. Hence, I read the letter's envelop, and below the return address I read: THIS IS NOT A GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT. Then I keyword the company over the Internet, and I found this websites' review by the gentleman who paid the $175. In short, do not be full by this piece of mail; the Secretary of State is the only government agency that would require you to file the documents quoted in this letter; furthermore, any document from a government agency has a number to call. Beware!
