Not Happy In Elsinore

So we bought a spa at the LA county fair . We were told that the spa we bought could be ran on either 220 or 120 v
Not the case...We ended up settling for a lesser spa so that we could plug it in.
We were also told that we were due a $200 credit for the difference in the cost of the lesser spa. So, I have been trying to find out how to get the refund and have left messages for everyone that I could and No Call!
Buyers beware of shady Fair Sales People promising you what is not true to sell a spa
