I have been a customer of blue casa since 2007 and the service is the worst I have ever had.my wife on numerous times have reported them to the FCC. Since 07 every year in December the disconnect my long distance service now today they have disconnected the phone for 185.99. When I owed them 530.00 the service was not disconnected but now it is a lesser amount it is disconnected. Whenever you call the customer service reps are very rude and they tell you as lot of lies. My wife have spoken to Melanie Lopez on numerous times and she also lies to us I am tired of the bad service and I am going else where. In December I had a lot of local long distance and they removed the local long distance from the phone stating I had gone over my limit. My wife called Melanie and she stated yes we have made to many local long distance so my wife asked her what did the plan states we are paying for the Blue casa unlimited and that unlimited means unlimited she said they were checking on the call usage and we exceeded 1000 minutes I do not understand this and I have nothing good to say about blue casa the service sucks and considering other companies offer cheaper packages I do not see why I must stay stuck with them now that my phone is off and I paid the outstanding balance of 185.99 I am going to see what they are going to do now if it is going to stay disconnected. I am tired of there I am sorry they need to do better or get out of the business time Warner and other phone companies offers cheaper home phone service now so they should do better to be more competitive

Blue Casa has extensively worked with you over the past 3 years, we have continued to professionally answer all questions and concerns during this time. Blue Casa was forced to provide only limited services since December due to payment issues and only when the situation was not addressed were we pressed to suspended all services. Unfortunately Blue Casa had to take these measures because of patial and extremely inconsistent payments. The inconsistent payment diminished the flexibility and time frames Blue Casa offered to pay for services resulting in the suspension of service. Payments made on time and in full would have prevented the current situation. We completely understand your frustration however we maintain firm rules regarding late payments to protect all customers from absorbing the cost of large unpaid bills through increased rates and fees. We work to provide the best for all our valued customers. We do value you as a customer and this is evident through our continued support.
