BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS TRAVEL WEBSITE. It is in violation of Regulation Z: Truth in Advertising.
It advertises low fares and lures you to purchase from them, only to turn around later and tell you that it cannot honor and ticket the low fare you purchased with your credit card and offer you the same itinerary but with a much higher fare. Below is copy of the email I received from them. By the time you receive their email, you have aready lost your opportunity to book more competitive rates at other websites.
"Thank you for booking with Best Travel Store. Please note that we are unable to ticket your original fare due to an unexpected problem with the automated airline reservation system.
We found and are able to confirm an alternative fare displayed below.
The offered itinerary is not guaranteed until ticketed, as all fares are subject to change without prior notice. Please reply to this email by Tuesday, Feb 24, 2009 1:00 PM PST and state that you accept the below reservation, including the offered airfare, or you wish to cancel the booking at no charge. "
