I was a customer of Gordons Plumbing (which is the name of the company from which I received invoices) for a 6-unit building in Los Angeles for many years. There was one leak that they came to repair at least 5 times with no success. The last time one of their plumbers was out, they reported that they couldn't find a problem but I was still being billed $250 for the service call. Seeing that they did not fix the problem the first 5 times, I spoke to Tammy and told her that I would not pay the bill since nothing was fixed. She was extremely rude and would not even negoiate to reach a conclusion, even though the owner of the building had paid them much money over the years. Very poor customer service.
