Bay Law first contacted us in June of 2009 when they were called Wall Street and Associates. I paid a total of $1400 up front before stopping my auto withdrawal due to lack of contact from the company. That alerted them and contact resumed for a time, but they haven't returned any of my phone calls (and I call all the numbers I have every few days) or emails for the last six months. It's a black hole. To date my mortgage has NOT been modified.
