Hello, I'm very upset that I was lied to by Steven (1-866-844-8473 ext. 309). He stated that it will be a 1,200.oo fee including shipping for my Blade rims with tires. So 4 days later the wheels arrive at my door (UPS) with a 300.oo COD. I call steven and he said it was a mistake on their end and to just get them with my own 300 and the company will credit my card back 300.oo ASAP. Steven also said he put a refund order in already to some woman named Sammy in accounting. So i wait two days and still no refund, so I call back asking to speak to Sammy and she stated that NO order was placed by Steven and started acting very rude...saying I had to pay for Shipping after the wheels/tires when out. After she finally let me get a word in I tried to tell her that Steven already told me the Company maded the mistake and I was to be paid back for the COD Charge. She than connected me to Steven after i guess had a talk with him. So Steven gets on the phone yelling at me said "You must don't want you money call people us here" (even doe Steven is the one who said call Sammy if i don't see the money back in my account in two days). Steven totally did a reverse on me and hung the phone up in my face without letting me get a word in (I have witnesses). All I was trying to ask him is WHY lied to me and I hope this is not no FUNNY business going on, because I never would have bought the wheels if I knew there was going to be a extra 300 COD with them. So I called him right back and ask him why do you hang up on your customers for no reason and I ask for his manager, he connected me to a guy name Sal after Steven told Sal he told me nothing about refunding me my 300, then he lied to Sal stated he told me sometimes their are hidden fee on shipping (WOW) i couldn't believe what I was hearing, So i had my lawyer call and Sal said he will have the owner Joe call us in one hour. Joe the owner still has not call us and its been almost another two days. My lawyer had Steven fax over an invoice and the numbers don't add up at all. The invoice now say the wheels/tires was $1,320.00 and he now put 180.00 for shipping so he could reach the total they took $1,500.00 (lied!)
I don't want to post this on ebay feedback, I just want my 300 buck back.
Please forward this to Joe the owner if you are not him. Steven call yesterday trying to scare me away, so maybe he lying to avoid from being fired. IDK
