EXCELLENT COMPANY!!!!! I had work done by this company in the past (a shower remodel) and again just the other day completed 2100 sqft of tile and some granite as well. I also have relatives who had work done by this company...and we all agree Simply AWESOME! Contract was clear and concise better than any other contractor I have ever dealt with most don't have any all. They had great communication, and I can say from my experience with David he is an expert and what tile guy has a degree in Ceramic Science and Engineering? He showed up to my quote on time, he answered all my questions and then some, offered suggestions to stay within my budget...will only use AVID believe me. I knew exactly what I was getting and was everything and more when the job was completed BEAUTIFUL! NO complaint here, not a one! The worker were VERY trustworthy and work was of quality but of course we didn't pick the CHEAP stuff either because let me tell you from experience CHEAP always turns out so so or even bad no matter who does the work. But anyway I couldn't have been more pleased with every step of this job and that goes for the shower I had got done months ago too. I have to admit most people don't really understand construction work, don't go in with an idea or plan and construction work can be a messy I mean get real they're in there doing demo on walls mixing cement or whatever it's not always just laying down pretty clean carpet and sweeping up a few piece of electrical clippings if you know what I mean but by the end of my job when all was said and done they had everything spic and span in the areas they worked in. David did a walk through with me and addressed all my questions. Yes I even gave them a key too...I have hidden camera's in my house and before I would recommend them to anyone I watched it closely and they were VERY trustworthy extremely hardworking which surprised me and they only worked in the areas that they needed to be in....I also checked many of their references and saw their work before I proceeded with my shower and all checked out! They had no complaints with the CSLB, had all their insurances, and had an A rating with the BBB. Tracy at the store was very helpful too and she kindly spent many hours with me free of charge helping me design my shower and offering many suggestions as to paint color accessories etc. and this time even suggestions as to window dressings for my downstairs and designed my back splash which I just am in love with! The store was very nice offered many upscale choices and latest material. Very honest people I have to say I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend them!
