This company is running a scam. The product arrives after the trial period and the company charges you an immediate and non-refundable annual membership fee after 14 days of "trial." Terms and conditions falsely state that the membership includes a monthly payment of 12.95 but do not mention that a onetime annual fee will be charge and that it is not refundable. Terms and Conditions also state that the membership can be cancelled at any time, which is false, since they claim their annual fee is non-refundable. The company's business model is based on running a scam and they need to shut down and issue refunds to people. Please help shut down this business.
