Giving them one star is actually being generous.
I HOPE YOU NEVER HAVE THE PLEASURE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
Granted our car was towed for being parked in a Tustin apartment complex without a parking sticker an hour after it was parked but when we discovered that Avanti had our vehicle they didn't have to be such jerks about getting it out. Car was towed at 10:30p on Saturday 9/21 we arrived at Avanti to get the car at 11:15a Sunday morning with credit card in hand. The charge by the calendar date so we were charged for two days even though they only had it 13 hours. The driver was very snappy and rude and had the nerve to make note and mention my attitude with him to which I explained that even though he sees this everyday, it is not a nice feeling to wake up and find that either your car has been towed or stolen....so someone arriving frustrated and a little grumpy to pick up their vehicle and pay a arm and a leg to get back, should not be foreign to him. He was an ass! I was told to call Kevin on Monday and talk to him. I just did. Kevin told me he was the supervisor. I asked for him to mail me their pricing policy since I live out of state. He said they don't do that and everything is posted on their property. When I pushed him further and asked to speak to the owner he would not give me a name, tell me who it was or who was above him in the chain of command. I never once raised my voice or got snotty with him but yet when I asked why he was being so rude with me he answered "I'm not". He then told me he was the owner and I could talk to him. Then he told me the business was owned by a corporation. I asked the name and the phone number for the headquarters to which he replied there was none. Then he told me it was public record so if I wanted the info I could go down to city hall to get it. What a charmer that Kevin is.
Anyways. I just called the city and found that Joseph Nino is the owner and I called Kevin back and was told that Joseph wasn't available. OF COURSE HE'S NOT! So I left a message which I'm sure is at the bottom of the trashcan or Kevin will use it to wipe his ass with later today. I will be writing the headquarters, BBB, the city and the owner to tell them how the business is being run.
