This company is awful and does not stand for anything!!! I've had the same problems as everyone else. I ordered a part, got it, and it was the wrong one. I paid out of pocket to send it back and they were to send the right part. Shipment 2, was the wrong part also. I found out they were sending back the same part, so I purchased a 3rd part(which I cross checked with the original part number with a rep). 2nd shipment arrived, I refused so I wouldn't have to pay to return it and waited for the 3rd shipment. Received the 3rd and found out it was too the wrong part. So since June I've been trying to get my money back($282). I just got in touch with my credit card company to dispute the charges and it seems finally, I'm getting somewhere and should receive all my money back through this process...So please try the process of going to your bank or credit card company to get your money back since autopartsgiant.com won't seem to help you..I hope I've helped someone the long tedious process that the rest of us have gone through!!!
