Buyer beware!
I purchased my Mercedes CLS from these guys last year and everything was great...so it seemed. Turns out, they were kind enough not to let me know the car had been in a major accident and had frame damage which basically renders it about 30% less valuable than what they sold it to me as!! I bought the car for $32,500; one year later (due to the damage) they offered to purchase it back for an insulting $20,200. Less than 10,000 miles had been added to the car.
**Update 10/21** I am currently working with (what appears to be) the President of their company. Hopefully they will do the right thing and buy their car back that should not have been sold to me without disclosing this structural damage. I will update upon confirmation either way.
**Update 10/22** They have declined my offer to buy back my car. I am filing legal action against them and DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USES AUTOHAUS WEST!!
