We have really never experienced anything like the poor customer service that we did when interacting with this place of business. We only went here because they are the closest authorized installer for Smart Start Inc. They require records for their use but yet we were sent down the way to pay for copies. We were not there to spend alot of money on car audio equipment but yet as part of a court order and I feel as though we were treated differently due to that. We were not given all the items that Smart Start Inc. provides to ensure safe driving practices such as the mount for the unit itself. Instead it was just laying on the center console. I only suggest that you look elsewhere to do your business and drive the extra drive if you need a Smart Start installed.
