I called American War Library this morning and after explaining I was trying to get a AFGCM Certificate for an Airman's next of kin (he had recently died in an accident on active duty), the person who answered the phone offered only rude and abrupt comments and then hung up. This company shouldn't be allowed to even imply an affiliation with the military.
