Awful customer service. Ms. Phillips was repeatedly insulting and then told me not to take it personally! Make sure they don't try to charge the $999 fee if you have been quoted "0 pt, zero AIM fee". In other words if the interest rate matches the APR, then there should be no fees from the lender.
