Still waiting on new Title or release of Lien 4 months after early payoff of AHFC LOAN....

as a senior citizen who served my country in the war I have been abused and disrespected by the Customers Service people at AHFC.. I paid off a 2013 Honda Odyssey "early" in October of 2016. with the rate they gave me as a Senior --Honda was WELL compensated for the money they extended to me . The rate they gave me was excessive and potentially discriminatory, but I signed the documents and as with folks in my age group I take full accountability for that mistake. HOWEVER, after paying off the vehicle two years early ... I have been waiting over 4 months to receive a formal release of lien or new "corrected" title showing that AHFC has no security interest in the 2013 Odyssey vehicle.
... After numerous calls, letters and faxes ( NO email on their AHFC contact list.-- pretty telling!!) I still have not received the required documents, saying that they have been paid off... AHFC-- though they certainly have my money. When pressed--multiple AHFC offices -- claim that the release or new Title was "in the mail" but have no proof of mailing and did not use any traceable delivery method such as UPS, Fedex or DHL...( again very "telling")
This is the least committed, disrespectful, and misleading group of loan processors I have ever been unlucky enough to use and I'm 86. They have already been proven to take advantage of minorities and special classes of folks-- and I'm certain that us senior citizens are also being discriminated against in terms of reasonable post loan document delivery..
