LEFT IN THE COLD

I would NOT recommend this company. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. A man by the first letter of his first name (M) came into my home, collected my broken heating motor, collected my $100 deductible and I have not heard from him since. It's been well over one week and I'm still without heat. This is a case of POOR WORK ETHIC. I have had no correspondence from this man. In fact, he avoids all of my calls and has stood me up on two occasions. Maybe a personal vendetta? I don't know. Never met the man before, wouldn't know him from a hole in the ground. I just know that he was hired to do a job and has not completed the given task, wait, he hasn't even started the job; just took off with my motor and my $100.
