I went in to get 4 new speakers to replace my old and damaged stock speakers. The new speakers were installed and sounded worse than my stock speakers. I was then told I needed to replace my stock radio because it was no longer powerfull enough for the new speakers, I agreed and asked them to install a radio with bluetooth so I could stream music from my phone to the radio. They installed a bluetooth radio but it did not support ad2p. In other words, the radio they installed did not have the ability to accept streaming music from my phone, like I had asked. They proceeded to tell me that I need to upgrade to another radio that has this ability but it would cost another $50. I agreed. When I was finally able to stream music from my phone it sounded terrible, worse than AM radio. He told me that I should have done my research first and that is how all bluetooth car radios sound. I leave, very unhappy about my purchase(s) and settle on the alternative approach to getting music from my phone to the radio, which is plugging the phone directly into the auxillary input. Over the next few days the radio gives me nothing but problems, it pops and hisses when changing songs, the leds dont function normally and to top it all off, plugging the phone directly to the radio does not sound good at all. I call him and he tells me to bring it down. The store has a front and back entrance, I meet him in the front and we both head outside so he can check it out. We get half way to my vehicle and he changes his mind and tells me to drive it around back. I drive around back and he has me wating there for 10 minutes. He finally comes out and I make a comment about having to wait at which point he explodes and screams "Get the f#ck out of here!" I lose my temper at this point and insults are exchanged. He proceeds to call me a "douchebag" and an "impatient whiney little bitch". I state that I am going to review him on yahoo/google to which he replies "Go ahead, Im the owner, I've been here for 5 years and I can cover up/erase any negative review you make" He also tells me hes a member of the BBB and to go ahead and submit a complaint with them. He then pulls out a camera/cell phone and snaps a picture of my liscense plate. I leave very upset and frustrated with the entire ordeal, stuck with a radio that I absolutely did not want.
