Same as other reviewers. The salesman has been persistent. I spoke with him three times. Each time he claimed to be our Canon representative and that the price on our toner was increasing next month significantly and he wanted to make sure we got an order in before the price increase. I knew he was a toner scam scum. I told him our toner was covered under service contract and all three times he hung up on me. He kept trying and got someone different. He told that employee the story about the toner and a manual. This guy's name is Craig Cutler. His supervisor's voice mail number is (323) 468-9400. I doubt this is a valid number; he may not have given his real name. The invoice ($661.51) lists the Rep. as #75.
