Office in riverside on van buren, has the worst customer service,it is true that they take advantage of Hispanics,and scam them with there lies, they also give low quotes on the phone and when you go to there offices they give you a totally different high quote,There agents are unrespectful,arrogant,rude, impolite,discourteous and insolent, and even all these words don't describe them, I had the worst experience with Adriana's insurance and I have been a customer for 8 year, just that I would never go to there offices they would just withdrawal the fees automatically ,and I'm so glad I went in because now I'm looking for another insurance provider, I been giving them money 8 years ,feeding there luxuries, just to go and find out there trash, I felt so humiliated, and so stupid that we still bought another prepaid year with these persons. Stay away from them, all they care for is your money.
