FREE TRIAL VERY MISLEADING
I ordered a 14 day trial of Cylapril- I called the company when the product didn't reach me quickly I needed more time to try the product - they extended the trial to 30 days. I called them before the 30 day trial was over and told them my doctor didn't want me to take the product - my doctor didn't know if some of my current problems were being aggregated by this product. They told me I could put the next shipment on hold for several months. I was totally surprised when my credit card statement came and I was charged $86.94. I called the company and told them what happened.
They said they couldn't do anything about that and they wouldn't refund my money. When I told them I was going to write the BBB they said they would refund $25.00. Their business practices are misleading and confusing.
